Andreas Hellqvist

I’m a multi-discipline digital Art Director living in Stockholm, Sweden with my lovely fiance. The career in the digital world actually started in the early 90s with my interest for computers. These machines intrigued me and I saw the possibilities they offered. I discovered that I had a talent for design, I could spend hours in Photoshop working on web pages.

I really see myself as a digital native, everything comes quite natural to me and thats why I had no problem converting from web to mobile and on to responsive design for the modern environment. I love the challenges of today where you have to look beyond the hardware and focus on the user experience. The most important aspect of design for me, is to create a lean user experience and an extraordinary graphical finish.

My entire work process is centered around the mix of the end user needs and the customer perspective. In my opinion the central idea of the concept is crucial to the core of every successful project and therefore something that should be shared and developed by the entire innovation team.

My educational escapades at Nackademin and Södertörns högskola have given me an intellectual edge that empowers me in the day to day operations.
